Since January 20, 2025 there have been 125 legal challenges against President Trump and his administration. The democrats and their minions have been filing more than two legal challenges a day since the inauguration. This is not a grassroots effort as the first legal challenge was filed on January 20, 2025.
I’d also hypothyise that the democrats and thei minions believe that this is their only recourse. Their only recourse as the Democrat party has no critical thinking policies to present to the public. If they did have any sort of policies, I’ll assert that they will not be well received nor would they stand up to any scrutiny in the court of public opinion.
Therefore, being devoid of any critical thinking policy or thought, the Democrats have opted to engage in a course of Judical insurrection to attempt to get their way.
The Democrats and their minions need to remind themselves of Mississippi v. Johnson from 1867 and that Presidential discression is not subject to judicial interference.
