Democrat Rep. Maxine Dexter says she will not leave El Salvador until Kilmar Abrego Garcia returns to the United States.

So at this point the Democrats and their minions have abdicated another seat in the House of Representatives.  

Can this declaration be seen as an abdication of her elected seat she has been serving as the U.S. representative for Oregon’s 3rd congressional district since 2025?

We can certainly add her to the growing list of Congressional Representatives in violation of the Logan Act.

And then we have a US. Congressional Representative flouting El Salvador’s Foreigners Law – 

Article 8 of El Salvador’s 1986 Foreigners Law (Ley de Extranjería) stipulates that:

“Foreigners who directly or indirectly participate in the internal politics of the country lose the right to reside in it.”   

This provision empowers the Minister of the Interior to issue an administrative resolution declaring such foreigners as having forfeited their residency rights. Subsequently, immigration authorities or relevant judicial bodies are tasked with executing this decision.

It’s important to note that while this law remains in effect, its application must align with El Salvador’s constitutional commitments to due process and international human rights standards.

Can Democrat Rep. Maxine Dexter give anyone a reasoned explaination to her support of this illegal criminal alien who has never been a resident or had any connections to the state of Oregon or her district?
