Many of us walk around daily carrying a very powerful electronic tool, our cellphone. However myself included are not using this tool of the future to its full advantage. There are two camps of mobile phone users as I see it. Those faux luddites who insist only to make use of the device as a phone and nothing more. Then there are those of us who are peeking under the hood to begin to make use of the communications, both email and messaging among other apps and features.  

However those who are aware of the communications features of their phones are not always in tune to inbound communications and wind up missing out on critical communications from business, family and friends. Or maybe they are simply ignoring the communications tool available to them. Do they also ignore communications face to face in their daily activities?
