The third paragraph here is the important one.  Why and how has this been going on and who is paying for it?  Are congressional members so inept as to not know how to enter and aniport and make their way to the correct gate for their flight?  Those in Congress who need this type of

 mollycoddling are likely the same ones who are unable to find their birth certificates or get a state identification card.
