If Loeffler’s $200 billion figure holds up, it would mean roughly one in four PPP dollars went to fraudulent borrowers — a finding that, if prosecuted, would represent the largest financial fraud recovery effort in American history.

The Biden administration’s loan forgiveness decisions during 2021-2024 are now directly in the crosshairs.
