Here is an example of why we need election reform and election integrity here in the United States.  As of this writing, now two days after election day in Californin a complete vote count is incomplete in the Los Angeles Mayor primary?  Accord to the NBC News site, there are still 38% or 322,000 votes yet to be counted.
